1. Acceptance

Welcome to Cluekeep. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The Service

Cluekeep aggregates events about companies from public sources — regulatory filings, official announcements, and public reporting — and presents them with a credibility level, a verification note, and links to the original sources.

Credibility levels are our good-faith editorial assessment of how well an event is corroborated at the time of publication. They are informational labels, not guarantees of accuracy.

The App is an information tool. Nothing in it constitutes investment, legal, or professional advice, and no event display is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own, for personal or internal business information purposes.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or resell the App or its content, except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of others.
• You may not scrape, bulk-export, or systematically reproduce the App's compiled event data.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the App's infrastructure or access it by automated means other than the App itself.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

The App offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is available at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year; the yearly plan is labeled “Save 33%” relative to monthly billing.

New Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the paid plan you selected and renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

All purchases, renewals, and refunds are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple's terms. You can cancel at any time in your device's App Store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and no partial refunds are provided by us for unused time.

Features and limits of each tier are shown in the App at the point of purchase.

6. Trademarks

All company names, tickers, and marks referenced in the App belong to their respective owners. They are referenced solely as factual information about events concerning those companies.

Reference to a company in the App does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from that company.

7. Intellectual Property

The App itself — including its design, code, and the Cluekeep name and logo — is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.

Event content compiled from public sources remains subject to the rights of its original publishers; the App links to original sources rather than reproducing their articles.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

Public sources can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. Always verify material information against the original sources linked in each event before acting on it.

9. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, the remaining paid period is honored.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it may be submitted to a competent court.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
